The Veterans Memorial District was formed in 1960 by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors. The current board members are: Patty Yocom, Chair Sara Ringlein, Secretary Tom Ringlein Richard Neves Kyle Krause The Board's mailing address is: PO Box 286, Mokelumne Hill, CA 95245 The Board generally meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Mokelumne Hill Town Hall. Our meeting are posted at the Town Hall and the Post Office 72 hours in advance of the meeting. The Board is responsible for the Town Hall, the Shutter Tree Town Park, Barry's Tennis Courts, C.B. Hobbs Field, Marredda Gardens, and the horse arena with parking lot. The Board annually hosts a Crab Feed at the end of March; Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast; 4th of July Pancake Breakfast.
