We have finished with what we wanted to update/upgrade at Coeur d'Or Apts on Stevenson. We want to thank all of our neighbors for putting up with the noise over the past year ..... we tried to keep the mess to a minimum ......
Also, we want to thank all of you for giving us encouragement, esp last year. It was a long three months of work ...
Our goal has been to get tenants who will be good neighbors in the town .... as I'm sure many of you have noticed, we've chosen to keep units empty rather than create a potential problem.
I know this sounds like a thinly-veiled ad; but if you know of someone looking to live in a nice apartment in a great town, we would appreciate it if you'd have them contact our property manager. There is a sign at the property. (Also will consider furnishing one or more units)

PPS some additional thoughts - know of people who want to live closer to Jackson during the winter ? We can consider furnishing the 1br; call our prop mgr for rates. As well - do you have friends who are considerig moving up to the Gold Country ? Why wait - they can rent out their house and probably get more income than it costs to rent .......
